Professional Work
Coca-Cola Refreshing Films
Role: Key Grip
Coca-Cola Refreshing Films is a program run by Coca-Cola which allows students to work on a professional level set with industry standard gear for a high level client. I learned how to set up industry level rigs such as a crane in which we mounted the RED Weapon, as well as a Doorway Dolly with wheels and track. In terms of educational experience, this set in a lot of ways made me the worker I am today because it helped my standards grow to a higher level than I thought it could. The film is currently on youtube and screened for select Cinemark theaters in both the U.S. and Canada.
JACKED 1980s
Role: Best Boy Electric
Jacked 1980s is a feature film that shot for two weeks in Ithaca, NY in the summer of 2023. I was recruited through my job with Park Productions. The educational opportunity was immense. I got to work under a pro gaffer in the industry and organize the equipment after every shoot day! I learned how about HMI lighting and how and when to use them. I was also able to rig lights to a scissor lift, which was something not many film majors my age get to do. Jacked was a crazy experience!
EMPOWERED BY PARK
Empowered by Park is a project I ran post on as part of my employment at Park Productions. The video seeked to portray alumni of the Park School and how they are contributing to society today. My job was to edit one minute videos that tell their stories in a meaningful way. Representing the college, this job is easily one of my most prideful professional works. The videos were screened at an alumni event in NYC in early April. Go watch the videos at this link!
